Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the value and sourcing of our products, we will only accept if the item of jewelry is defective. Each piece is extensively documented prior to sale, however mistakes can be made. If you find a piece we sold is defective, please contact us with a picture of the defect within 15 days in order to initiate an investigation for a refund. 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
